Catalog description

The Management Capstone provides learners with an immersive, full-semester opportunity to tackle real people-management challenges facing a corporate client while applying foundational project-management approaches like Agile, Lean, Waterfall, and Critical Path methods. Building on prior coursework in organizational behavior, leadership, ethics, and management electives, learners apply evidence-based frameworks to issues such as performance management, team functioning, psychological safety and wellbeing in organizations, organizational change, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural collaboration to develop actionable recommendations grounded in sustainable people-management practices to address stakeholder needs.
