Catalog description

The Professional Medical Practice Course (PMP) is a longitudinal course that introduces osteopathic medical students to various aspects of professional practice, beyond what is taught in the traditional medical school curriculum. Professional Medical Practice VIII focuses on conflict management in preparation for clinical experiences. Furthermore, the social determinants of health (SDOH) capstone project culminates in a presentation of student service projects to community partners.
