Catalog description

Psychiatry provides a comprehensive understanding of psychiatry and social determinants of health. Through lectures and case-based learning activities, students will explore psychological theory, psychological assessment, theories of learning and behavioral modification, defense mechanisms, developmental life cycle, psychiatric disorders, psychopathology, and societal factors affecting health outcome and well-being.
