Catalog description

This course will advance students? skills in storytelling across various types of mass media writing, print and broadcast journalism, public relations, advertising and online media. Along the way, students will build skills in information gathering, interviewing, organizing, writing and revising media writing, and in judging the quality of current media writing. Throughout this course, students will periodically present their work among peers for ideas, constructive feedback, and support. Offered Spring only
