Catalog description
Students will do deep readings of outstanding nonfiction. They will also share their own works in progress for other students and the instructor to critique. If time permits, they will revise and resubmit their projects for a second, in-class workshop. The course has two learning goals: (1) to help students develop and polish works that may become their final MFA project or thesis; (2) to help them improve their creative processes by learning to give and get constructive criticism.
