Elective Course Course Requirement: exam This three-week program offers exciting one-week modules each in the study of European Public Law, Corporate Governance, and European Intellectual Property Law. In Cologne, classes meet at the Institute for American Law on the campus of the University of Cologne. Students will take a comprehensive written examination on the last day of class.
