Course Requirement: final exam This course is designed to provide in-depth training in legal reasoning for law school exams, the bar exam, and practice. It is a two-credit course offered in the day and evening division of the fall semester only. Students will receive guidance and feedback on all written work from the professor about ways to improve their legal reasoning skills. Due to the number of written assignments and extensive individual feedback provided, enrollment is limited. The target audience is second year students. This course is required for students in the bottom 1/4 of their first year class.
