Elective Course Prerequisite/Corequisite: Corporations Course Requirement: exam Fulfills Current Concentration Elective: Business Law- Energy and Environmental Law Track, Government and Public Interest- Energy and Environment Track This course is intended to introduce students to the interface between environmental law and business/real estate law; to teach students how to incorporate environmental principles into due diligence; and to teach students how to negotiate and draft contract provisions to address environmental issues. Students must have either taken Corporations or be concurrently enrolled in that course.
