Elective Course Course Requirement: paper This course will cover numerous medical-legal and forensic scientific issues and problems of timely interest and concern to attorneys. These matters will relate to civil and criminal litigation, as well as workmen?s compensation cases, governmental agencies, and health care institutions. Personal injury lawsuits, particularly medical malpractice, and products liability cases involving scientific issues will be emphasized. An opportunity to attend an autopsy will be provided for interested students.
