Elective Course Enrollment Limit: 30 Prerequisite: Property I & II Course Requirement: exam Fulfills Current Concentration Elective: General Practice- Real Property The course will focus on expanding the student?s knowledge from fundamental real estate transactions to more complex commercial dealings. Commercial development as well as construction financing will be covered in addition to the role of the various participants involved such as the lender, developer and respective counsel. The related federal, state and local laws and regulations governing the same shall be reviewed as well.
