Elective Course Course Requirement: exam This course is designed to introduce the student to international law through the examination of such matters as the nature and sources of international law (including the role of treaties, custom, and natural law), the relationship between international law and municipal law, the operation of international law on states and individuals, the role of international organizations, and international conflict of laws.
