Elective Course Course Requirement: exam This course studies the legal requirements for a marriage in Pennsylvania, marital agreements, the legal definition of a family, sexual privacy and procreation issues, the dissolution of a marriage on both fault and no-fault grounds, child custody, child support, spousal support, alimony, the equitable distribution of property, child abuse and neglect and Protection from Abuse actions.
