Course Requirement: exam The course will explore different aspects of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the Manual of Courts-Martial, as well as prosecuting and defending cases in the Courts-Martial system. There will be a focus on practical training for the prosecution and defense of Courts-Martial and representation of military personnel before military tribunals and Administrative Boards. The course curriculum is primarily based on the Naval Justice School Program for United States Navy and Marine Corps Judge Advocates.
