Elective Course Prerequisite: Property I & II Course Requirement: Paper Satisfies Upper Level Writing Requirement Contemporary Issues in Real Property Law builds on the basic topics covered in Property I & II, such as easements, covenants and servitudes, mortgages and foreclosure, and the recording system. In this class, students will also learn how to write a scholarly paper, and they will have the opportunity to write on a current topic in real property law that is of interest to them. Students taking this course will have the option to fulfill their upper level writing requirement.
