Elective Course Course Requirement: final paper Sports Law introduces students to legal issues in the organization, management, business, and competitive aspects of amateur and professional sports in the United States. Issues in contract law, tort law, property and intellectual property law, government relations, and access to, and regulation of, competition, will be presented through discussion of relevant cases, scholarly articles, and presentations by sports industry professionals.
