Elective Course Course Requirement: writing assignment(s) Satisfies Experiential Learning requirement The purpose of this course is to expose students to the growing impact of AI on our society and the practice of law while also learning about agency rulemaking and regulatory procedure. This course explores generative Artificial Intelligence (?AI?) and our ability to regulate this rapidly developing landscape. This course will explore the vital role administrative agencies serve in our government through the lens of regulating AI. Students will learn about agency rulemaking under the Administrative Procedure Act and participate in the rulemaking process by attending an administrative hearing and submitting a comment to a federal agency on a topic related to AI.
