Elective Course Course Requirement: exam Strategic cross border transactions exhibit various forms and are driven by the key business aims of the Parties at the negotiating table. Whether the transactions at hand are an intellectual property deal, a joint venture or a merger or acquisition, the final form of the transaction emanates from the underlying business goals and objectives of the Parties. Each of these forms will be examined and dissected from the underlying business case as well as their respective legal underpinnings within the context of an international setting and comparative law application. Guest lectures with respect to International Tax and International Labor Laws are envisioned with senior international lawyers.
