Elective Course Course Requirement: final exam Privacy law is a burgeoning field of the law as numerous privacy issues continually arise in today?s Information Age. This course covers existing and emerging privacy torts, state and federal privacy laws and regulations, and the self-regulation of privacy through contracts or other means. Students in the course will consider all these things from the perspective of various privacy stakeholders, including consumers, regulators, and corporations.
