Elective Law Course Requirement: paper This course will examine a variety of federal and state issues impacting the public?s interests, policy considerations, case law, and descriptive articles from a variety of sources that describe the nature and function of the Office of State Attorney General. The issues raised in class are drawn from actual cases which, due to their nature, may have (or have not) been made public. The materials gathered for this class with a considerable assist from the NAAG (National Assoc. of Attorneys General) represents 40 years of studying and participating in the decision making of Attorneys General and their staffs.
