Elective Course Course Requirement: exam This course will allow students to analyze case law reflecting the evolution of the Supreme Court's interpretation of the Constitutional guarantees of Civil Liberties, including privacy and the protection of the rights of the accused, and Civil Rights, including Equal Protection and Due Process issues, as well as political rights.
