Elective Course Course Requirement: exam Fulfills Current Concentration Elective: Business Law- Corporate Governance and Transactions Track The course is intended to introduce students to the financial services industry and provide the requisite knowledge of the regulatory structure to enable them to provide legal services to the investment management and fiduciary services industry which includes banks, investment advisers, broker dealers and insurance companies. It will also address the substantive legal provisions required to provide legal services to the financial services industry in connection with investment management and fiduciary services.
