Elective Course Course Requirement: project Satisfies Experiential Learning requirement This course is a semester-long practical workshop designed to give students the tools and confidence to start their own law firms as legal entrepreneurs. It covers all the necessary real world topics involved in building a practice including incorporation, case evaluation, client management, finances, insurance, ethics, branding, and marketing. Throughout the semester, students will craft a detailed business plan for a law firm that they could eventually become founders of.
