Elective Course Course Requirement: exam A survey course reviewing law and regulation governing mutual funds and other pooled investment vehicles and their investment managers. The course will focus on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the rules promulgated thereunder as interpreted from time to time in SEC enforcement cases and Court decisions.
