Prerequisite: Trial Advocacy Course Requirement: project Fulfills Current Concentration Elective: Litigation- Civil Litigation Track, Litigation- Criminal Litigation Track The purpose of this course is to train and familiarize students with the role that technology plays in presenting documents and evidence in the modern day courtroom throughout all parts of a trial. Building on what students have learned in trial advocacy, this class will allow students hand-on experience in playing both the role of the advocate and the technology consultant, with a focus on understanding and taking advantage of sophisticated courtroom technology.
