Study Abroad- China Course Requirement: exam This course will introduce students to constitutional and criminal aspects of U.S. family law, encompassing the following topics: marriage, reproductive rights, rights during pregnancy, family violence, and parental rights and responsibilities. Guest lectures with partner faculty at Xihua University, in Chengdu, and Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, in Hangzhou, will provide comparative perspective on how China addresses similar issues in family law.
