Catalog description

Elective Course Optional course for first year students only Legal Skills is a one-credit pass/fail course offered to students in their first semester of law school. This course allows students the opportunity to learn and practice law school study skills and legal analysis skills necessary to success in law school. Students work in small groups to complete and review weekly exercises based on materials covered in their doctrinal classes. Upper-class mentors guide each small group through the exercises and assist with providing individualized feedback.
