Required Course: Upper Division Students Prerequisite: Constitutional Law I Course Requirement: exam Required: Spring semester of the second year for all students This course provides a full coverage of the topic of individual rights and liberties, including the examination of due process, equal protection and the First Amendment. Where pertinent, portions of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its interpretation by the Pennsylvania courts are also discussed.
