Required Course: First Year Students Spring Semester Prerequisite: Property I Course Requirement: exam Incorporating and building upon the concepts learned in Property I, Property II introduces students to modern real property transactions. Emphasis is placed upon the transfer of property interests, title assurance, mortgages and other methods of financing property transactions, and private restrictions on land use. The course also builds upon the fundamental skills introduced in Property I, including briefing cases, issue identification, formulating rule statements, and analyzing legal issues.
