Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how organizations analyze information, make decisions, and create value, and this course provides an applied introduction to AI, machine learning, and generative AI in business environments. You will explore foundational machine learning techniques, neural networks, and large language models while examining how these technologies support business analytics, automation, and strategic decision making. Through hands-on activities, business examples, and case studies, the course emphasizes both the opportunities and limitations of AI in organizational settings. The course also examines the broader business value, societal impact, and ethical challenges associated with AI, including issues related to bias, transparency, privacy, accountability, and responsible AI development.
