Business intelligence (BI) empowers organizations to transform raw data into strategic insight and competitive advantage. In this hands-on course, you will explore the core concepts, technologies, and practices that drive modern BI initiatives. Through a blend of lectures, demonstrations, and applied activities, you will learn the complete data lifecycle: how organizations collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data to support smarter decision-making. The course bridges traditional data warehousing and data mining with emerging, AI-enhanced analytics, showing how businesses leverage both human expertise and intelligent tools to uncover hidden patterns. You will gain practical experience by designing and implementing a cloud-based, in-memory data warehouse to generate AI-enabled dashboards. By mastering these enterprise-level technologies, you will build critical skills for data-driven careers and support your achievement toward the SAP Student Recognition Program.
