You will explore the ERP life cycle, systems architecture, business process engineering, process mapping, and ERP administration while gaining practical experience with top-tier technologies such as SAP. The course emphasizes how organizations use ERP systems to improve efficiency, integrate operations, and create competitive advantage, while also examining the risks and challenges of poorly implemented systems. The course also covers AI-powered capabilities within enterprise systems, including SAP Joule and process automation in SAP using Claude Cowork. Through hands-on activities and real-world business scenarios, you will develop an understanding of both the business processes and technical architecture that support ERP environments, preparing you to contribute to enterprise systems projects of varying size and complexity.
