The goal of this course is to survey the subject of national strategy; specifically, the aspects and operation of strategy formation, the creation of Grand Strategy, and the building of a national security strategy. The course examines the role strategy plays in directing national and foreign policies, structuring the economy - and of course - in the competition between states and global movements in conflict.
