This course focuses on a value-added and process-centered method of goal attainment. The course will provide a comprehensive coverage of the four realms of leadership including: self, team, organization, and society. Topics will include leadership theories, culture, organizational mission and values, contingency and transformational theories, problem-solving and decision-making, communication skills, conflict management, empathy, resilience, mentorship, team building and change management.
