This course focuses on different approaches to continuously improve the quality of healthcare services, promote patient safety, and efficiently use limited organizational resources in reaching the organizational goals and objectives. Different quantitative and qualitative tools necessary for measuring, tracking, and evaluating quality and safety will be discussed.
