Catalog description

This course provides a systematic overview and application of evidence-based practices for learners with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) based on behaviorally-analytic concepts and practices. These practices include behavioral interventions targeted for decrease, instructional strategies to increase behavior, interventions specific to language and communication, interventions for social skills, and interventions for motor skills in classrooms and clinics. The course also provides instruction specific to personal supervision and management techniques based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for future practitioners.
