Research in Technology Ethics

Catalog description

This course is for Student Fellows of the Grefenstette Center for Ethics in Science, Technology, and Law. If you would like to apply to be a Student Fellow, please find more information and a link to the application form on the Grefenstette Center?s website. Students will complete an independent research project under the supervision of a faculty member. Research projects will focus on the ethics of emerging technologies and/or the impact of technology on communities. Students are expected to complete assigned readings and participate group discussions throughout the semester. Additional expectations may vary by semester.
