Career & Life Design (GRBU 731) is a variable-credit course within the One-Year MBA (OYMBA) program that empowers graduate students to take ownership of their personal and professional growth. Grounded in experiential learning, self-reflection, and applied career strategy, the course blends the principles of Life Design with professional coaching and leadership development. Through interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching, and reflective assignments, students gain clarity about their strengths, values, and aspirations while developing practical skills in networking, communication, and career navigation.
