Catalog description
This class is a one credit course designed to prepare undergraduate and graduate students in the Liberal Arts to write applications for grants and fellowships appropriate to their fields and degree programs. Students will learn about grants, fellowships, and foundations, receive guidance about writing for multiple audiences, and complete assignments that strengthen their abilities to frame their research in a manner accessible to general audiences in the humanities. A key outcome of this course will be the completion of a draft application for a grant or fellowship.
