Trombone Choir

Catalog description

This class will work on a week-by-week basis developing several pieces of the standard trombone choir repertoire, as well as new pieces composed or arranged by faculty or students. The choir will be used to develop students? technical abilities, ensemble skills, and musical expertise. The choir will also perform concerts both in conjunction with other brass studio ensembles as well as on their own. Concerts will consist of standard repertoire, new music, and, when possible, premiers. Prerequisite: Audition
