Catalog description

This course is the study of the functional relationships and productivity of freshwater streams as they are affected by their physical, chemical and biotic environment. The course material is presented as a combination of lecture and several weekend field sessions totaling 20 hours. There is a built-in Community Engaged Learning Project that fulfills the experiential learning requirements for BSNES.
