This course equips MBA students with the mindset, analytical tools, and practical skills needed to identify, evaluate, and pursue entrepreneurial opportunities?whether launching new ventures or driving innovation within established firms. Through a blend of real?world cases, hands?on analyses, and networking?focused assignments, students learn to recognize opportunities, assess industry and firm dynamics, develop business models, and craft actionable strategies in ambiguous, fast?changing environments. Emphasizing both individual creativity and collaborative problem?solving, the course cultivates the ability to integrate diverse perspectives, leverage social networks, and make evidence?based decisions that create value in entrepreneurial and corporate contexts.
