This course explores the intersections of identity, power, and pedagogy within educational settings. Drawing on the transformative works of bell hooks, Paulo Freire, and other similar scholars, this course is a deep dive into how educators from a variety of educational contexts can cultivate self-awareness through critical self-reflection, challenge systemic inequities, and practice education as a form of liberation.
