This course examines historical and contemporary understandings of organizational communication from a rhetoric and philosophy of communication perspective. The course explores philosophical framing of leaders' rhetorical responsiveness to questions of the historical moment against the backdrop of leadership theory while examining the rhetoric of organizational symbols within the corporate context.
