Catalog description

Technical communication presents expert information to non-expert audiences. In a historical moment with increasingly sophisticated technological developments, such as artificial intelligence, issues of communication ethics necessarily arise. This course exposes students to the ethics of technical communication in application in a variety of contexts and offers them the opportunity to apply technical communication principles from an ethical perspective through a number of portfolio-building projects.
