Catalog description

With the rise of AI, we have entered an era in which seeing is no longer believing and the distinction between human and artificial personality is rapidly eroding. This course explores faith and reason as complementary foundations for authentic and embodied personhood. Grounded in Catholic humanism and its sacramental vision that truth is encountered through signs that communicate real presence, students examine rhetorical strategies for discerning truth, cultivating a robust experience personhood, and meaningfully sharing our experiences in an increasingly technologically mediated culture.
