Undergraduate Teaching Assistantship

Catalog description

This course provides undergraduate students the opportunity to learn by assisting in teaching College courses under the direction of a College faculty member. Undergraduate teaching assistants and their supervising faculty members jointly determine individually tailored learning outcomes for the course, which may include such objectives as: ? Achieve the regular learning outcomes of the course. ? Master teaching skills or technologies used in the course. ? Demonstrate the ability to assess students? mastery of materials in the course.
