Human Resources: People Practicing Leadership

This course is designed to familiarize students with the basic components of human resources. Students will become familiar with the functioning of employee relations, training and development, compensation, benefits, AA/EEO and recruitment. Students will be exposed to a variety of human resource models and complete a project focused on one discipline.
