Catalog description

One of the most important skills for leadership today is the ability to think both broadly and critically as new issues arise for our organizations. This online course is designed to provide students with a broad-based understanding of problem analysis and decision making from a leadership perspective. Students will be expected to analyze, critique and apply critical thinking skills to problem-solving and decision-making. Case studies will be presented online with individual participation in assessing and discussing the practical application of decision- making theory. Students will have the opportunity to assess personal decision-making styles and characteristics.
