Introduction to Chemistry Laboratory

Catalog description

This laboratory introduces a qualitative analysis lab within the context of the major topics discussed in CHEM 151. Experiments are designed to reinforce topics and principles from CHEM 151. The students also learn how to record observations in a laboratory notebook and write a scientific style lab report. CHEM 151 must be taken prior to or concurrent with CHEM 151L. Laboratory, three hours.
