Catalog description
Catholicism possesses a longstanding intellectual tradition which has shaped many areas of human intellectual, practical, and artistic achievements. This intellectual tradition is itself formed by beliefs that are fundamental to Catholic faith and life (e.g. the relationships of faith and reason, truth and goodness, nature and grace, faith and action). Through the study of classic and contemporary resources, this course will introduce students some of these basic principles and ways in which they have impact human thought and life.
